If you can use WhatsApp, yes. The setup is done for you, the training is on your own real paperwork, and the guides are written in plain English with screenshots. We work at your pace and practise checking AI drafts before use.

Your chosen AI platform may draft quantities, pricing schedules and calculations using the skills. It can misread drawings, invent rates and make arithmetic errors. Independently measure and verify quantities, check every rate, formula, total and assumption against reliable sources, and use a competent QS where needed. myQS AI does not perform or sign off this work.

Your project files and AI conversations are processed in your own AI account or on your device, subject to your provider’s privacy settings and terms. The Skill Library does not receive or host them. If you send us a screenshot or document for support, we receive that information; redact anything confidential and see our Privacy Policy.

Your chosen AI provider charges separately; check its current pricing. The optional £129/month Skill Library subscription — which also includes the members' WhatsApp group and skill/template updates — is the only thing you'd ever pay us ongoing, and you can cancel it whenever you like.

AI may help organise a tender pack and identify points for review, but it can skip pages, miss scope, confuse revisions or misinterpret terms and dates. You must read the relevant source documents and independently check completeness, scope, calculations and deadlines. A summary is not evidence that the whole pack has been reviewed correctly.
